We operate a 5 day refund/replacement policy to ensure your product arrives perfect!
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
If it has been over 14 days and your order has not arrived, contact us and we will look into the status of your order to see if there has been a problem.
To be eligible for a refund or a replacement:
- Your order has not arrived despite providing the correct address.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- The item you recieved are not what you ordered.
If any of these condition apply to you, please contact us via email or our "contact us" page. We will respond to all emails within 72 hours. We will then provide the option for a replacement or a refund.
We cant refund or replace if:
- Your order not arrived due to providing the wrong address.
- You simply change your mind.
